Toxic or Patriotic, You Decide.

Toxic or Patriotic, You Decide.

Have you heard hateful things about the recent massive rally in New York at Madison Square Garden? People are frightened about the election. Does Donald Trump scare you? It is shocking what is being said by people who were not there and did not watch it on T.V. or computers.

People say the rally at Madison Square Garden is a recreation of the 1939 event supporting Hitler. However, not all the uses of this arena are political. The same place held John F. Kennedy’s birthday celebration where Marilyn Monroe sang such a sexy Happy Birthday. That building was torn down in 1968 when the new Madison Square Garden was built. The building where the Hitler supporting rally was held is GONE.

Jimmy Carter had a rally in the NEW Garden. It is a place meant for entertainment, rallies, and political conventions. Bill Clinton was the candidate there in the New Madison Square Garden in 1992. No one called him a Hitler “wannabe.” Hilary is more the Hitler type if you ask me! There have been countless events there. They are all special because the Garden is special. No wonder Donald Trump wanted to hold his rally there.

(From an article in New York Spaces, which you can find on Google.)
“As we look back on the storied history of Madison Square Garden, it’s clear that it’s not just any other venue – it’s a landmark that represents the spirit and resilience of New York City. The Garden stands as a testament to the city’s ability to reinvent itself, maintaining its relevance and appeal through the ages.”

Some of my liberal friends told me it was a nasty compilation of racist, nazis, and woman-hating outrageous men. But I asked them if they were there. No, they were not. Did they watch it on streaming video? No, they did not. Then how did they know it was so awful? Well, it just was because it was all about Donald Trump.

A couple of my sons and one granddaughter were there, and they loved it. They said the sense of “oneness” and goodwill was palpable. There was no bad humor, no rude people, and no saying offensive things. People waited for hours, smiling with goodwill toward each other. They told me that the crowd was full of people of every possible type and ethnic group, all smiling at each other. The energy was positive and, dare I say, JOYFUL. It permeated everything and it was thick in the very air they breathed. There was ‘Goodwill and inclusiveness for all the different types of people who attended. Friendliness, helpfulness, the spirit of patriotism, and love of our country filled the structure from top to bottom.

My more Liberal friends are all saying it was a hate-filled cult event. But I watched the whole thing on my phone. From start to finish, it was streaming on my phone while I was doing other things on my computer. But still, I got the gist of it. Parts of it that were really riveting. I paid full attention to them.

I thought it was composed of good energy and love.

Nothing racist and nothing scary unless you are an illegal immigrant or maybe a government worker whose job may get eliminated. I guess they should be feeling somewhat unsettled. Wouldn’t you, if you had come into a country illegally? Or if you were pushing paper in a job you knew was superfluous? That may upset some haters, but there is a promise to reduce the size of government with the coming regime. He has also promised to deport a lot of illegal immigrants. If this upsets you, I’m sorry.

?The liberal media is trying to make something racist out of a joke told by a comedian. Maybe it was not a very good joke, but it was all in fun. One of my friends said, “But you should not make a joke about an ethnic group!” And I said,”It was a joke about the island, not the people.” And I continued saying, “That is what jokes are about, a lot of the time! Think of all the jokes about the Scottish being stingy or drunk.” Everyone used to be fair game, and people took it with good humor. Since everyone was a target, there was no singled-out group, and people understood that jokes could sometimes seem sharp.

I consider myself partially Scottish, but these jokes do not bother me. For one thing, I am neither stingy nor drunk. So what is there to get upset about??Think of all the jokes about the sexes. What would a comedian do without those? It is so important to be able to laugh at ourselves. We must not lose this ability. Do NOT let anyone tell you what is funny and what is not. If you don’t like it, leave.

In the days since then, the sitting President of the USA has called half the country “Garbage.” So, all is fair in love and war. He is a sad old man, but remember, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me.” This was taught to all children when I was young. It’s too bad that people seem to have forgotten it.

And Donald Trump turned the garbage comment into a huge P.R. victory when he appeared in photos driving a garbage truck. When he wins, it will energize people, improve the aspects of so many businesses, and cause so much hope for a better future. It will make America Great Again.

P.S. Don’t believe anything negative about the event that the media tells you. Watch it for yourself and then decide. PLEASE do this for yourself. Then VOTE MAGA!

  1. Hope MAGA wins! The other party are the fascists! We need to return to basic values, not the quasi-socialist/communist ones.

  2. I would reconsider that cartoon you included of donkeys being mowed down by a Tesla. I walked by Heather Heyer Way on Fourth St The other day and consider that you live in Charlottesville, please reconsider this violent image of exactly the way she died in a vehicle driven by a Trump supporter.
